A fun and funky low impact exercise class on mini trampolines with a safety bar.

It is a great 45 minute full body workout for the cardiovascular system, also it works most of the muscles in the body, including your face from smiling so much!!

The class is suitable for all ages and abilities, everyone is really friendly, newcomers always feel welcomed and you can go at your own pace.
