Join us for our monthly craft session and create some herbal sachets, these can be used to scent your clothes and linens, slip under your pillow to help you sleep or tuck into your car to keep the air fresh. We'll be looking at which herbs are best for which job and the health benefits of them and crafting sachets from scrap materials in a warm and welcoming space with lots of tea and cake.

Join us every Wednesday morning and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.

Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.

We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
