Have you heard about the way elephants are trained? When they are little they are tied to a stake in the ground with a rope around their leg and they can't get away. They keep trying to free themselves but are never successful. They get used to the fact that they can't get away and stop trying. Even when they are fully grown and could free themselves easily, they believe they can’t so they don’t try!
Life does that to us too.
The Bach & Balance programme is one of the ways we can free ourselves from the rope and stake in our lives.
