WANTED Teams of FOUR for the RNLI Boat Pull, 26 June
A fun competition on Westward Ho! beach, open to teams of FOUR (men, women and mixed teams) to pull a boat (a laser Pico dinghy with mast and launching trolley) around a 100m course. Teams will draw for start numbers and compete in pairs against the clock in a knockout competition. The winning teams will each receive the RNLI Appledore Atlantic Boat Pull trophy.
The Boat Pull competition is open to anyone over 16 who can enter a team of FOUR people and is ideally suited to sports clubs, gyms, social clubs and businesses. Entry is £10 per person (£40 per team) in advance, available at https://rnliboatpull.eventbrite.co.uk
The event if FREE to watch on Westward Ho! beach with games for children, face painting, treasure hunt, welly wanging, lots of prizes, RNLI souvenirs a BBQ with soft drinks - find us at the end of the slipway.
