Honour the longest night and celebrate the return of the Sun with an evening of meditation and reflection, learning about the traditions of Yule and sharing old stories by candlelight.
Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
